MANUEL GÖTZ is a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Applied Informatics and Formal Description Methods, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany. His research focuses on mining Digital Twins of labor-intensive manufacturing systems with a particular focus on integrating human factors of the operators to improve simulation accuracy.
